RFP #TR24-02- RFP for Architectural and Engineering Services for BeaumontCity Yard

The purpose of this RFP is to select an A&E consultant who can provide all necessary architectural and engineering services to develop a complete Plans, Specifications and Estimates bid package for the proposed City Yard that is approved by all Jurisdictional and regulatory agencies involved and deemed ready for Construction Bidding. The City Yard will potentially be utilized by multiple departments including Transit, Vehicle Maintenance, Community Services and Public Works. The City is interested in constructing an Administrative Operations Facility, Vehicle Maintenance Facility, Hydrogen Fueling Station, CNG Fueling Station, EV Charging Infrastructure, an equipment storage building, an outdoor secured storage area, and designated parking with both uncovered and solar-covered areas. The selected A&E consultant will work with various City staff during the design, bidding and construction processes and as determined in the scope of services.
