United States Navy (USN) seeks to lease multiple fully-furnished dwelling units under the authority of 10 USC 8772 to have accommodations in place for members on sea duty or assigned to duty in connection with commissioning or fitting out of a ship in the vacinity of Vigor Shipyard in Portland, OR.
