seeking to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for the creation of a five-year citywide strategic plan. Proposals should include plans for community outreach to involve residents and local stakeholders, City Council workshops, department meetings and employee feedback. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday, September 15, 2023 and must be submitted through PlanetBids. Proposals received after this time or via email/fax will not be considered.
