Pool Repair and Maintenance

The City of Santa Monica's Public Landscape Division is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance services and repairs to pools and splashpads at various locations across the City. Services required include debris removal, equipment and pump maintenance, taking and adjusting pool chemical readings and heater service. Weekly and annual maintenance services and repairs are needed at:Annenberg Beach House -- 1 Pool and 1 Splashpad 415 Pacific Coast Hwy, Santa Monica, CA 90402 Santa Monica Swim Center -- 2 Pools 2225 16th St., Santa Monica, CA 90405Virginia Avenue Park -- 1 Splashpad 2200 Virginia Ave. The City is interested in a five (5) year contract. The vendor shall provide and administer specialized services as specifically described in this bid, maintain continuing cooperation with Public Landscape personnel throughout.
