PROJECT DESCRIPTION:Prepare the site for the new Wawa gas station including the removal of all existing structures including foundations, remove all existing hard surfaces, remove the UST tanks including associated piping and underground conduits and electrical services, mass excavations, and fills to achieve the proposed subgrades, provide partial utilities including the storm and water services as limited on the Divisions of Work drawings and others, provide 220’ of RediRock Retaining wall with steel pipe railing, provide the City sidewalk, ADA ramps and a portion of curb, Patching asphalt at the waterline trench.Site Work for a Pad Ready Wawa StoreDivision 1 General Requirements: Surveying, testing services.Division 2 Structure demolition: Demolition of (2) structures including foundations. No salvage is being considered.Division 3 Concrete: limited to City Sidewalks and minimal curbs. Division 5 Metals: Limited to retaining wall railing.Division 26 Electrical: removal of Site
