50865 Proposal to Allow Use of Land at the King Salmon Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to issue a land use contract for Lot 1A, Block 50, consisting of approximately 14,046 square feet (ADA-50865, successive to Lease ADA-07521), at King Salmon Airport, to expire July 1, 2023.  Applicant:  Riverside Chapel.  Authorized uses:  Non-aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of a building for religious activities and community events.  Annual rent:  $1,685.52.
