VICTORIA ST. SIDEWALK - CHURCH TO BURRARD Project Description :Description of Work: Installation of approximately 130m of new concrete sidewalk. Work includes demolition of existing sidewalk and road asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, catch basins, storm mains, road reconstruction and asphalt paving. Tender Documents: Electronic Tender Documents are available through www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca All amendments to this tender, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued on www. bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Hardcopies of tender documents can be obtained from the office of L&M Engineering Limited at 1210 4th Av. Prince George, BC during normal business hours with advanced notice of one day, for a non-refundable fee of $150 per document set. SITE MEETING: A site meeting to review the proposed works and location of tender will be held at the project site at April 3, 2024. Attendance of this site meeting is a Mandatory condition of tender. Bidders are requested to RSVP with L&M Engineering 2 days in advance of the site meeting. DDeadline for Questions: Bidder questions will be received up to end of day on Friday April 17, 2024.
