In\nPhase 1, the wood, pedestrian entrance bridge will have structural repairs and be re-decked. In Phase 2,\nthe south deck will have the railings replaced and be re-decked. The project is being done in phases\nbecause it is critical to complete the entrance bridge work before the visitors center opens for the season.\nTherefore, the Phase 1 work has an early completion date. Work on both phases may begin on the same\ndate, but Phase 1 only has a 3-week period for construction.\n\n1- Sealed Bids: Proposals for a General Contract for the Construction of the above project will be\nreceived by the Owner until 2:00 P.M. prevailing time on February 29, 2024, at which time they\nwill be publicly opened and read aloud.
