The work cover in this agreement can be summarized as follow: -Carpentry - AD –hoc requests Carpentry skills along with the supporting work such as painting and other artisans’ skills are required as part of the repairs to general building’s carpentry, and the Contractor shall make provision for this to reinstate the repair to its original status. A number of buildings on the University of Pretoria Campuses are older than 60 years. A full list of all buildings will be provided to the successful Tenderer on the award of the contract. Where maintenance and

repairs are required, the Contractor will work closely with the Contracts Manager to preserve the building and complying to the National Heritage Resources Act 25 of 1999.
