The scope of work also includes removal of the clay tile roof area for the installation of new insulation and waterproofing membrane. MEP modifications and access/site modifications are required as a part of work scope. The work also includes the replacement of mechanical equipment, waterproofing and capping parapet walls, installation of new roof access, installation of new safety railing and cleaning of the exterior cladding.
