2024-01 LEAD BASED PAINT TESTING & RISK CONTROL ASSESSMENT SERVICES IFB

SCOPE OF WORK/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The Housing Authority of St. James Parish is accepting bids from qualified firms to perform lead-based paint testing and risk assessment services for the St. James Parish Housing Authority (SJPHA) located at 2627 N. King Ave. PO Box 280, Lutcher, LA 70071 for three (3) of its four public housing complexes. The selected consultant shall be responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes and regulations. All services provided shall be consistent with the requirements and guidelines of the HUD Office of Healthy Home and Lead Hazard Control and the State of Louisiana. Although SJPHA has attempted to identify all its needs for lead-based paint testing and risk assessment services, the attached Scope of Work/Technical Specification may or may not be all inclusive.Show
