BCS Central Office Restroom Renovation

It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid for Blount County on behalf of the Blount County Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as "Owner," to procure a contract for the restroom renovations of the Blount County Schools (BCS) Central Office, 831 Grandview Drive, Maryville, TN 37803. There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting at 9:00am EST on March 19, 2024 at BCS Central Office, 831 Grandview Drive, Maryville, TN 37803. Bid documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link. No information may be submitted or modified beyond the Response Deadline Date/Time. Manual (hard copy) bids are an optional method of response and must be submitted no later than the response deadline to Blount County Courthouse, Blount County Purchasing Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906. These hard copy submissions must also include ALL documentation requested in the online system including, but not limited to, all online bid document attachments, response attachments, attributes and line items, and must have the Bid Cover Form attached to the OUTSIDE of the sealed envelope, with any required license information included.
