Hauling Service for South Residential Drop Off Center (West Park)

Scope: Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the hauling and disposal of bulk trash and yard waste, utilizing county-owned containers, for the County's bulk trash and yard waste program at the South Residential Drop Off Center (SRDOC) located at 5601 W Hallandale Beach Boulevard, West Park, Florida 33023. Refer to the Attachment A. Agreement For Hauling Service for the South Residential Drop Off Center (West Park) for additional information. Goal Participation: Refer to Office of Economic and Small Business Development Procurement Preferences for Broward County Small Business Enterprises and County Business Enterprises section for additional information. Basis of Award: The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor for Group A. Refer to Special Instructions To Vendors for additional information. Commercial Solid Waste & Recycling Collection Franchise Application with their bid submittal. If not provided with submittal, the Vendor must submit within three business days of County's request. Vendor may be deemed non-responsive for failure to fully comply within stated timeframes. Refer to the Attachment A. Agreement For Hauling Service for the South Residential Drop Off Center (West Park) for additional information. The Living Wage Ordinance applies to this solicitation and the resultant contract. Refer to Living Wage Ordinance Requirements section for additional information. Item Response Form: Quantities listed on Item Response Form are the estimated annual quantities for this solicitation. The sum of all line items will be the Vendor's Annual Contract price. The County will calculate the estimated amount for the Initial Three-Year Contract Period/Term. Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. Refer to the Special Instructions to Vendors for additional information. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation.
