TitanTM Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems

This is a Sources Sought Announcement for market survey purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals. No contract shall be awarded, nor will reimbursement be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The United States Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, anticipates a requirement to provide TitanTM Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) in support of foreign partners. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualification of businesses to provide the TitanTM system with fixed price and cost reimbursable requirements. This announcement supports the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10 Market Research requirement.PROGRAM BACKGROUNDThe Integrated Fires Rapid Capabilities Office -International (IFRCO-I) plans, coordinates and synchronizes programmatic, logistics, training, and technical management of international systems of systems, delivering

emerging and rapid development Short Range Air Defense and Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems capabilities to foreign partners.REQUIRED CAPABILITIESThe contractor shall be capable of delivering at least three (3) TitanTM C-UAS systems to ensure mitigation of control, video, and navigation signals. Each system requires:Two (2) main Titan units with fitted casesOne (1) User GuideFour (4) Smart Cards (2 primary, 2 spare)One (1) 2590/5590 Battery Power CableOne (1) 8-foot LAN cableOne (1) 50-foot LAN cableOne (1) GETAC user-interface tablet with AC adapter cordOne (1) Standard Frequency Antenna – 2.4/5.8GHz receive/transmitOne (1) Standard Frequency Antenna – GPSOne (1) Standard Frequency Antenna – WiFiOne (1) Extended Frequency Antenna Kit (433/868/95 MHz, 1.2GHZ receive/transmit antenna) with fitted case.One (1) main unit power supplyThe overall requirement includes software and machine learning upgrades, customer support and training, and a hardware warranty.
