monitoring, reporting, and maintenance. The selected contractors shall provide monitoring, reporting, testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm, fire protection, and intrusion alarm systems for all SMCPS schools and administrative buildings in accordance with the most recent standards set forth by the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) and any other present day local, state, federal, and NFPA codes or requirements.
