City of Bristol is seeking to construct a structured parking facility in its downtown area as part of its Downtown Revitalization efforts, via funding made available through the American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA"). The City is accepting qualifications from design teams toward the development of construction documents and associated work for said project. Project materials and submission requirements may be obtained at no charge from the City of Bristol Purchasing Department web site via the document link noted below. There will be an opportunity to discuss the project with City staff on September 30, 2022 at 10:00 am at the entrance of the Bristol City Hall West Facility, located at 131 North Main Street, Bristol, CT (adjacent to City Hall under renovations). Qualifications will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until October 13, 2022 at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any
submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal(s) that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the submission to the Purchasing Department no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.
