The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Preconstruction Services, Design Section, is seeking cultural resource services for Historic Preservation Series No. 11 (October 2023) Phase III Treatment: data recovery and reporting for the Dalton Highway MP 0-9 Reconstruction Project. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2024 through December 2025. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $100,000 and $150,000. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available MARCH 22, 2024, and may be downloaded from our web site at: https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm, select Northern Region and unclick the “Over $200,000” amount box. DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than APRIL 5, 2024, 4:00 p.m., prevailing time. The proposals may be dropped off at our office. A locked Drop Box is located at the outside entry of the Tech Services Building #3 (Contracts Building Main Parking Lot West Side Entrance).
