Manitoba Finance (ASD) is accepting proposals from qualified Architects and/or Engineering firms to act as the Prime Consultant leading an interdisciplinary team providing the full scope of services in relation to the planning and construction of the project.
A non-mandatory site meeting will be held on Friday, September 7, 2018 @ 10:30am. Interested proponents are to meet at the Trades Building 840-3rd Street N.E. Portage La Prairie. Parking is available on the North Lot immediately adjacent to the Trades Building.
