This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of vendors to provide the required services and/or products.The Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (FLCSI) Naples Detachment, Naples, Italy, announces its intention to procure on a competitive basis the services necessary to provide support services for five (5) positions at the West Ruislip location to enhance the ability of the Command to execute its Travel Administration, Executive Support, Strategic Communications, and Knowledge and Content Management responsibilities within the extremely challenging arena of International S&T Operations. The five (5) support service positions include a travel administrator, executive assistant, strategic communications specialist, information technology (IT)/knowledge management (KM) specialist, and IT tier 1 support specialist. The execution of U.S. government business processes in the international arena requires a number of unique administrative

skills and knowledge of the U.S. Navy’s business environment.
