See ‘Obtaining Solicitation Documents’ below.Project Description:This project is the Air Force CyberWorx, one-step design/build Training Facility including various administrative support, offices, Innovation Think Tank, air/Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operations & connectivity to air/UAV, Conference & Breakout Rooms, Student Lounge, Classrooms, Secure Area, Digital Forensics & Reverse Engineering Lab, Autonomous & Embedded Systems Lab, Cyber Security Lab, Cyber Exploitation Lab, Telecommunications Lab, Industrial Control Systems/Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition Lab, Policy/Strategy/Law Lab, air/UAV Lab & support space requirements. Building site requires “line of sight” connectivity with Jack’s Valley & USAFA airfield. Project consists of core & shell structure and foundations; elevator conveyance systems; electrical/ mechanical service & distribution components/ systems; fire protection alarm/suppression; information technology infrastructure, communications & security systems support infrastructure. Interior will include raised access floor systems, acoustically-rated interior partitions & ceilings, power, lighting, environmental control &communications. This project requires comprehensive interior design. Site infrastructure will include primary electrical service to the site, storm water management, water, sewer, chilled water distribution & telecommunications pathways. Perimeter security construction will extend existing fence line & surveillance capabilities, with increased vehicle control capacity to allow partners into the site without transiting through Cadet Area. All construction will be accomplished on a 7-foot grid pattern to match the USAFA international style.RFP Evaluation CriteriaFirms participating in the solicitation will submit technical requirements in accordance with Section 00 22 00 PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS, INSTRUCTIONS AND EVALUATION. Submissions will be evaluated based on a best value approach considering technical elements for evaluation (i.e., Specialized Experience, Technical Approach, Key Personnel, Past Performance, and Contract Schedule). An adjectival method of evaluation will be used to evaluate all technical factors. Price will be evaluated separately for reasonableness and realism. A Best Value selection will be considered after reviewing price and technical factors.Bidders (Offerors):Offerors must be registered on the System for Award Management ‘SAM’ database https://www.sam.gov/.
