Notice of Intent to Sole Source, RT-240 Maint & Operator Training

7TB(X) RT240 Field-Level Maintenance and Operator Training in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.   The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Eustis (MICC-Fort Eustis) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Independent Rough Terrain Center LLC, 103 Guadalupe Drive P.O. Box 1028 Cibolo, Texas 78108-1028; Ft. Eustis must procure a one-time training program to instruct in the operation and maintenance of the RT-240 (rough terrain) stacker vehicles. The service plans are critical to ensure continued operation of the 7th Battalion vehicles. Training will be conducted at Ft. Eustis and Ft. Story, on dates indicated for the period of performance in the PWS.   This contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
