U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS APARTMENT SPACE, WASHINGTON DC

The National Nuclear Security Administration is seeking to lease two (2) one-bedroom apartments, minimum of 700 sf each, within reasonable walking distance to the Metro. The ideal space would fit the following: building specifications in compliance with all federal, state, and local ordinances; outfitted with secure/controlled ingress/egress; close proximity to a grocery store or convenience store; all utilities, basic phone service, basic cable, high speed internet service, and weekly cleaning service must be included in the rental rate. Washer/dryer and a desk must be included in the apartments. Either designated or open parking is required. A one-year firm term lease with a one-year renewal option is intended.
