The DoD/OEA-funded program, called the California Advanced Supply Chain Analysis and Diversification Effort (CASCADE), is being led by the California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) and the California Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR). CASCADE includes 15 funded projects aimed at enhancing defense suppliers' product and service innovation capacity, boosting defense innovation commercialization, helping defense suppliers diversify into new markets or industries, and bolstering defense supply chain resilience, particularly related to cybersecurity.
