traditional media planning and placement for TV, radio, print, outdoor and sponsorship opportunities, as well as media consultation for SIUE Athletics and WSIE, the campus radio station. The agency will provide strategic counsel in media planning by analyzing ratings and demographic data for various media and maximizing exposure for the University with desired audiences. The agency must have a proven ability to negotiate competitive media rates and deliver value added opportunities. Specific areas of focus for the media plan include increasing student enrollment, increasing awareness of the University among key market segments, increasing exposure of SIUE NCAA Division I athletics and increasing ticket sales. Accomplishing these goals will require a comprehensive traditional media plan as well as a carefully negotiated contract to produce and televise SIUE athletics, specifically men?s basketball games.
