Scope of Work The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide Consultant services to implement, manage, track and report on regionally based water conservation rebate programs implemented through its Member Governments (including wholesale service areas). These programs shall be implemented with online program interface with mobile application capabilities:
1. Residential - Indoor Programs
2. Residential– Outdoor Programs (Single Family)
3. Non-residential Programs
4. Regional and Member-specific advertising and marketing program.
