All questions must be received by November 11, 2022. Questions sent directly to any City Staff will not be addressed and you will be directed to submit your question(s) online. It is the Bidder's/Respondent’s sole responsibility to contact the City’s online bid management provider (PlanetBids at 818-992-1771) to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding, including (but not limited to) registering as a vendor, updating passwords, updating profiles, uploading/downloading documents, submitting an electronic bid/proposal, etc. All communications during the open solicitation shall be exclusively through the Purchasing Department contact listed.
