 Denver Federal District Landscape ServicesGSA Synopsis for Landscape ServicesSynopsis:The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide Landscaping & Related Services as described in the solicitation in the Denver Federal District, Denver, CO.  This contract will consist of one base year with four additional 1 year option periods. The contractor is required to use their up-to-date industry knowledge with respect to proven perennial and native plants to partner with GSA to jointly develop a sustainable planting design for each building's landscaping location and to provide landscape maintenance. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, City laws and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. All work under this contract is expected to commence (weather permitting) around July 1st, 2018.The new planting schemes for all buildings shall be

composed of all perennials suitable for USDA Hardiness zone 5A and will contain as many native varieties possible appropriate for each landscaped location at the buildings listed.Additionally, the Contractor shall perform landscape maintenance. Landscape maintenance will be performed during the growing season on a cycle to maintain the outside area in a neat & clean manner free of weeds, trash and all windblown objects at all times. Shrubbery, trees, and other landscaping shall be trimmed and free of litter and weeds. All landscape debris shall be removed from the facility and be recycled/mulched as appropriate. Items included in Landscape Maintenance are mowing, edging, watering, pruning, trimming, raking, lawn fertilization, weed control, planting, mulching, insect control and policing to keep the area clean and free of debris.For your information, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.5 Million. This is a competed procurement for the lowest price conforming to the solicitation requirements. GSA is issuing the solicitation electronically only.  The solicitation will be available for download through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO)(fedbizopps.gov) website. All interested vendors must be registered with this website in order to download the solicitation and amendments. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FBO for amendments and/or additional information. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
