Patterson, CPO, Procurementmailbox@town.barnstable.ma.us Close Date: May 15th 2024, 12:00 PM EDT Days Left: 14 Project Description:Addendum 1- Revised Description: Base Bid a. 17,000, linear feet of 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, 15-inch AND 30-inch SDR35 PVC gravity sanitary sewer (and Ductile Iron where specified); b. 4,400 linear feet of 4-inch and 6-inch SDR21 PVC force main sanitary sewer (and Ductile Iron where specified), with associated Clean Out Manholes; c. 190 sanitary sewer service wye connections with 5,400 linear feet of 6-inch SDR35 PVC gravity sewer laterals and 1,780 linear feet of Ductile Iron sewer laterals where specified) gravity sewer laterals, stubbed at

the property line for future connection on private property; d. 370 vertical feet of sanitary sewer chimneys for lateral connections; e. 1,310 vertical feet of 4-foot and 5-foot diameter precast concrete sewer manholes; f. 730 linear feet of 12-inch and 15-inch drainage pipe; g. The removal and replacement of 36 catch basins, drain manholes and 1,000-gallon infiltration basins; removal and resetting of drain structures and drain pipe. h. Two submersible pump stations and all associated work. i. Mill and overlay of impacted roads in MA Rte 28. Bid Alternate #1: Phinney’s Lane (Sta 515+76 to Sta 533+30), Main Street (Sta 700+00 to Sta 704+29), Mothers Park Road and Pump Station #3 a. 2,300 linear feet of 8-inch, 12-inch, 15-inch SDR 35 PVC gravity sanitary sewer b. 2,200 linear feet of 8-inch SDR21 PVC force main sanitary sewer c. 29 sanitary sewer service wye connections with 620 linear feet of 6-inch SDR35 PVC gravity sewer laterals, stubbed at the property line for future connection on private property; d. 40 vertical feet of sanitary sewer chimneys for lateral connections; e. 254 vertical feet of 4-foot and 5-foot diameter precast concrete sewer manholes; f. The removal and replacement of 2 catch basins, remove and reset of drain structures, and removal and resetting of drain pipe g. Reconstruction of the intersections of Main Street/North Main Street/Phinney’s Lane/Mother’s Park Road as depicts on the drawings; h. Installation of one submersible sewer pump station and all associated work; i. Mill and overlay of impacted roadways. Bid Alternate 2: Main Street (Sta 501+80 to Sta 515+76) a. 1,540 linear feet of 8-inch, 15-inch SDR 35 PVC gravity sanitary sewer b. 28 sanitary sewer service wye connections with 520 linear feet of 6-inch SDR35 PVC gravity sewer laterals, stubbed at the property line for future connection on private property; c. 18 vertical feet of sanitary sewer chimneys for lateral connections; d. 106 vertical feet of 4-foot and 5-foot diameter precast concrete sewer manholes; e. The removal and replacement of 3 catch basins, remove and reset of drain structures, and removal and resetting of drain pipe f. Mill and overlay of impacted roadways. Bid Alternate 3: Shootflying Hill Road (Sta 412+55 to Sta 419+52) a. 750 linear feet of 8-inch SDR 35 PVC gravity sanitary sewer; b. 6 sanitary sewer service wye connections with 150 linear feet of 6-inch SDR35 PVC gravity sewer laterals, stubbed at the property line for future connection on private property; c. 50 vertical feet of 4-foot and 5-foot diameter precast concrete sewer manholes; d. The removal and replacement of 3 catch basins, remove and reset of drain structures, and removal and resetting of drain pipe e. Mill and overlay of impacted roadways.
