Public Health Professional Support Services

This Request for Applications (RFA) is published to solicit applications for the provision of public health professional support services which include, but are not limited to, conducting needs assessments, developing and implementing training programs, developing educational materials, and planning for large statewide conferences, for the following programs within the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services (Department):

Infectious Disease Prevention, Investigation & Care Services Section;

Immunization Program;

Food Protection Section;

Public Health Emergency Preparedness;

Healthy Homes and Lead Poisoning Prevention Program;

Environmental Public Health Tracking Program;

Radon Program; and

Hospital Preparedness
