Notice of Intent to Sole Source, A Cloud Guru Subscription

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Serverless Heroes, Inc., dba A Cloud Guru (ACG), 800 Brazos St, Suite 340, Austin, Texas 78701-2529, for 30 licenses to the ACG platform under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b).  The procurement will provide a training platform to NGA’s Data Corps in the areas of the latest cloud-based technologies, specifically the following services, platforms, and systems: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB. Additionally, NGA has a requirement that the platform must offer the following features: must have courses sufficiently up-to-date to keep up with rapidly changing cloud technologies, must offer hands-on labs and certification exams for cloud-based services, and must support or offer training pathways for cloud-based services. After extensive market research, NGA believes ACG is the only source reasonably available to satisfy this requirement. No competition is being sought.This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any entity that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification no later than 12 pm EST on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement.
