The 55th Avenue Promenade is a linear greenspace with pedestrian amenities such as shade trees and a walking path. As a part of the city’s Cool Corridor’s program, sidewalks and trees are being added to the space. The Western
Canalscape at 20th Street is part of a larger canal improvements project along the Western Canal in south Phoenix. At the 20th Street access node, two plinths for sculpture are located adjacent to the canal pathway.
