Request for Qualifications – USD 426 Pike Valley Page 1of 1 Construction Manager at Risk Request for Qualifications Unified School District 426, Pike Valley, Kansas intends to submit Request for Qualifications to Construction Management firms expressing interest in providing Construction Manager at Risk services for an upcoming bond referendum. Services will include pre-construction services during bond campaign and post-bond Construction Management at Risk services for a successful bond referendum. The value of the bond projects has yet to be determined. Projects to be considered for the bond referendum at the Pike Valley Elementary and Junior/Senior High Schools may include all or a portion of the following:  ADA restroom remodels  Locker room remodels  Reroof  HVAC system upgrades  Electrical system upgrades  Parking lot upgrades/rework  Tornado storm shelters/safe room(s) (possibly FEMA funded)  New Careers and Technology Education Building All interested parties shall
