Purpose
The purpose of this RFA is to provide guidance for current contractors to submit continuation applications to the Iowa Department of

Public Health (referred to as Department) to renew service provisions as described by and within the project period established by the RFP #58816021 and RFP #58817012. Services covered by this application include Title X family planning services. The Title X family planning program promotes health equity by providing family planning services and education with a focus on vulnerable populations to ensure all Iowans have equitable access to contraceptive methods that best suits their lifestyle.
