The CX Strategy will include a framework and guiding principles that put the

customer at the center of everything we do—approaches and tactics focused on how to design and deliver services that consistently provide great experiences and demonstrate value. The CX Strategy will have objectives, targets and performance measures that aim to enhance employee and customer experiences, and promote lateral and vertical CX alignment across the organization.It is anticipated to be completed by July 2023.
