This new campus will include a mixed-use building housing educational, administrative, and community spaces. First phase facilities to house general and distance learning classrooms, science labs, administrative and faculty offices, student services, and additional spaces to provide a fully functioning college program. ***THIS IS NOT A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT "PLA" PROJECT*** Other Details Only contractors selected for prequalification under RFQ# 2324-08 New Oakhurst Campus, Project Specific Prequalification (shown below) will be given the opportunity to submit for the New Oakhurst Campus project. Notes Bidders are solely responsible for on-time electronic submission of their bid through PlanetBids. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to contact State Center Community College District’s online bid management provider, PlanetBids at 818-992-1771, to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding, including (but not limited to) registering as a vendor, updating passwords, updating profiles, uploading/downloading documents, submitting an electronic Proposal, and for the stability of their internet service, prior to bid due date and time. The District will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number (VBID) with a timestamp from the bid management system.
