Sources Sought Notice 36C24W24Q0040Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Seeks to lease clinical space for a Veterans Center in or near Victorville, CaliforniaREQUIREMENT: The VA seeks to lease a minimum 4,362 ABOA (contiguous)/5,888 net rentable square feet (RSF) and maximum of 4,580 ABOA/6,183 RSF, for use by VA as Veterans Center in or near Victorville, California. For this requirement, VA will only consider expressions of interest for an existing space for lease. The building and parking area must be fully accessible, meeting all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. The building must comply with the Interagency Security Committee Security Design Criteria for New Federal Office Buildings and Major Modernization Projects as well as other security guidelines, which will be provided during the Solicitation for Offers process.TERM OF OCCUPANCY: A lease for up to Twenty (20) years will be considered, termination rights after
