Boat Ramp Shade Structure

GIVEN that Delta County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for the purchase and design-build of a Boat Ramp Shade Structure. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY) for the purchase and design-build of a Boat Ramp Shade Structure.The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective Vendors for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County. Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct branded site at Delta County BidNet Direct. Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached. The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.There is a MANDATORY job-walk visit for this Proposal. The job walk visit will be held on April 29, 2024. All prospective vendors will meet at 1287 G50 Rd, Delta, CO 81416, at 9:00 a.m., where a sign-in sheet will be provided. All prospective vendors who wish to submit and have their Proposal considered must attend and/or send a company representative.
