International Student Recruitment Representation Services Abroad Project Description :The intention of this RFPQ is to retain qualified and experienced international student recruitment firms or individuals to provide International Student Recruitment Representative Services Abroad (ISRRSA) to MacEwan University on an as-needed basis. All Goods and Services described in this RFPQ will be performed off-site of MacEwan University campus. It is MacEwan University’s expectation that Proponents have the expertise, skills, qualifications, experience and capacity to represent MacEwan University in specified regions and provide direct international student recruitment support to prospective students, contracted agencies of MacEwan University, and other external and internal stakeholders. MacEwan University will evaluate, in accordance with the qualification criteria outlined in Section 7 of this RFPQ, all Proposals complying with the requirements of this RFPQ with the intention of selecting

up to six (6) independent firms / individuals, that MacEwan University deems best able to provide International Student Recruitment Representation Services Abroad to meet MacEwan University’s needs. MacEwan University expects to enter into a Contracted Services Agreement, as presented in Section F of this RFPQ, for an initial term of three (3) years commencing January 9, 2023 through January 8, 2026. The approved budget for the Agreement is $175,000 - $200,000 per year. MacEwan University expects the Proponents to submit Proposals with pricing that falls within the approved budget. Failure to do so may result in the Proponent’s Proposal being disqualified. Effective January 9, 2023 all firm(s) and individual(s) engaged by MacEwan University for the provision of the Services will be pre-qualified before they will be contracted to provide the Services for the university. The successful Contractors will be given the opportunity to provide Services in specified regions for the duration of the term of the Agreement.
