DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF SOD NORTHWEST FLORIDA COMMERCE PARK

The
Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida hereinafter referred to as
"County" is seeking sealed bids for the delivery and installation of sod at the Northwest Florida Commerce Park."

later than 10:00AM local time

All
questions regards this ITB shall be directed in writing to the County Purchasing
Agent. Questions must be submitted to Purchasing no later then 12:00 Noon (local
time) on May 01, 2019.  CONTRACTORS DIRECTING QUESTIONS TO ANY OTHER COUNTY
STAFF, OR ANY OTHER PERSON SHALL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM SUBMITTING.

SCOPE
OF WORK:
Contractor shall provide deliver and
install Pensacola Bahia grass in an area approximately
9.41 11 acres in size located at the eastern end of Mossyhead Plaza Drive in Northwest Florida Commerce park (Mossyhead Industrial Park) Mossyhead, Florida.
Our
area is not a designed Fed Ex delivery. It is the sole responsibility of

the
vendor to ensure their bid is delivered on time and at the right place.  We are
closed on all Fridays .

To
be considered, vendors shall submit an ORIGINAL and three copies in a sealed
envelope with the words "Delivery and Installation of Sod Northwest Florida Commerce Park" and deliver or mail to the Office of Central Purchasing, 176
Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435. Bids received after the date and
time will not be accepted.
