Buyer Contact: Alimah Igwe purchasing@roswellgov.com 7706413718 Description: The City of Roswell, Georgia is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide a comprehensive, professional Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) for approximately 227 City owned buildings, facilities, and infrastructure (public building/facilities, park buildings/facilities, operation buildings/facilities, etc.) comprising an estimated 1,448,334 square feet. (See Appendix A) The inventory includes municipal government buildings, Fire Stations, Law Enforcement Center, Roswell-Alpharetta Public Safety Training Center, Recreation and Parks facilities, park related assets and infrastructure, storage buildings, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures and systems, mechanical fixtures and systems, building/facility roofs, parking lots, and other building components. The purpose of the FCA is to provide comprehensive documentation and analysis of the City’s existing buildings, facilities, and infrastructure. This analysis will be utilized for prioritizing capital improvement projects and repair and maintenance requirements as well as operating budgets and on-going maintenance schedules.
