The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 2A & 2B, Block 100, consisting of approximately 65,696 square feet (ADA-72695), at Valdez Airport for 55 years, to expire July 1, 2077. Applicant: Pulseline Adventure, LLC. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – construction and maintenance of a hangar and office for helicopter and private aircraft storage. Annual rent: $10,511.36.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., June 17, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
