Anticipated services may include but are not limited to the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports, Initial Studies/Negative Declarations, or Mitigated Negative Declarations, Addendums, preparation of related technical studies, and planning consultant services, including processing of current planning development applications and management or assistance with long-range planning initiatives as needed. These services will support the Planning Division in its overall work program. Please note that consultants that only propose to provide either on-call environmental/CEQA or contract planning services are encouraged to apply, as the City intends to utilize multiple consultants.
