The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for installing the irrigation and landscaping as described in the construction documents. Work shall also include: mobilization; obtaining all bonds and insurance, preparation of subgrade to accommodate topsoil, installation of automatic underground irrigation system, final grading, installation of plant materials, installation of mulches and metal bed edging, and miscellaneous other construction work required per the Contract Documents and Drawings. Description Required to View Event Prerequisites Required to Enter Bid 08 April 2024 1. Bidders are required to submit the Bid Form for Construction Contract as found in pages 20-26 of the Bid Documents 2. Bidders are required to attach a copy of the bid bond. The original bid bond must be received in the City Recorder's office within 24 hours of the bid opening. 3. All questions must be submitted through SciQuest during the Question and Answer period. 4. Bidders are encouraged to review the sourcing event often, due to possible addenda or Questions and Answers posted to the sourcing event. Bidder must also resubmit their bid, if an addendum has been made to the sourcing event, in order to be considered for an award. 5. The proposed Scope of Work is available in the bid documents. 6. The issuing procurement unit will not accept a bid after the time for submission of the sourcing event has expired. 7. Bids must be submitted electronically through SciQuest for the sourcing event. 8.
