Service Agreement for QuantStudio 5 DX and SeqStudio 8 flex

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Illumina, Inc for preventive maintenance services on QuantStudio 5 DX and SeqStudio 8 flex to Life Technologies Corporation (UEI: EB8QTC6575E7). Please see Justification for Other than Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.3 attached. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
