In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1 this announcement is to conduct a Market Survey for the purpose of soliciting statements of interest and capabilities from potential vendors. . The responses to this market survey will be used for informational and planning purposes only and will not be released, except as required under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  Proprietary information that is appropriately marked will be protected in accordance with the FOIA.  The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time, however, either an unrestricted competition or a set-aside may be conducted depending on the responses to the market survey.  If the FAA decides to conduct a competition, it may limit the competition to only those vendors who respond to this market survey.Introduction/PurposeThe Offices of Acquisition and Business Services (ACQ) and Aviation Property Management (APM) have a

requirement for administrative, technical, and management support services.  The services are required to accomplish tasks consistent with the FAA Acquisition Management systems and to maintain interoperability with the FAA Strategic Plan, and other investment projects. This support is essential to the successful planning, transition, and implementation of the ACQ mission activities.Incumbent Contractor The current incumbent of the contract is Bellamy Management Services LLC, 901 D Street SW Washington DC 20024, (202) 863-2270 or bms@bms-llc.com.This market survey announcement is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).  If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the beta.SAM.gov website. It is therefore the vendor’s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any such solicitation. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey.  Any costs associated with the market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. No solicitation currently exists and the FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. This market survey should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or enter into a contract.
