The Owner intends to enter into a single contract with the Dealer that submits the lowest responsive and responsible bid and who will be fully responsible for the coordination of all required work. A highly recommended, but optional, pre-bid virtual meeting will be held on April 1, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST | 3:00 PM EST.
