"LEGAL NOTICE\n\nINVITATION TO BID\n\nTheCity of Meriden is accepting sealed bids for:\n\nB 024-27R- 1336 East Main Street Building Renovation and Code Improvements\n\nThe City of Meriden seeks the services of a licensed general contractor for the renovation of 1336\nEast Main Street in Meriden CT, which includes but is not limited to, exterior piping and drainage\nwork,plumbing, electrical improvements, and interior remodeling. The prime contractor must be\nprequalified by the Connecticut Department of Transportation(ConnDOT).\n\nProposals shall be submitted on forms and in the manner specified. Forms and specifications may be\nobtained from the Purchasing Department, on the City of Meriden website\n(www.meridenct.gov/business/bids-rfps/), and on the State of Connecticut Department of\nAdministrative Services website (https://webprocure.proactiscloud.com). Proposals will be accepted\nat the Purchasing Department, 142 East Main Street, Room 210, Meriden, Connecticut 06450 until\n11:00 A.M. local, and Eastern Standard Time on March 26, 2024, at which time they will be\nopened and recorded.
