Description/Statement of Work/Specification:The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Western Human Nutritional Research Center (WHNRC) requires hazardous waste removal from its facility and transportation to a proper Hazardous Waste Disposal Facility. The removing, transportation and disposal must be done in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and County regulations. Accumulated wastes removed quarterly to avoid unsafe buildup of stored waste. See attached documents for more information.vii.
