Water Leak Detection Program

Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2017 for the purpose of seeking a qualified professional services firm for a Water Leak Detection Program to assist the City in mitigating water losses.   The RFP packets are available on line at www.quincyil.gov/bids.
