Request for Proposal Climate Action Plan Update

The City of Dublin seeks professional services to assist with developing Climate Action Plans for 2030 and 2050, to align with SB 32 and Executive Order B-30-15. The new CAP (CAP 2.0) will provide the basis for prioritizing, budgeting, implementing, and monitoring greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction strategies. The selected consultant will also complete the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review, following the guidelines established by the California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR), generally, and specifically §15183.5(b), “Plans for the reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions” requirements.
